Hand Peeled House Logs
Components can best be described as the parts that go into making a building. In the Housing Industry components include wood products as well as products like windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, etc. In other words components are the inventory used in the manufacturing process.
Components can be produced on a sawmill, a profiler, or by hand; such as handcrafted Trusses. Although Wild West Log Homes can produce all of the solid wood components used in Housing Industry, the company specializes in machined and handcrafted log components. Components can be purchased straight out the mill or customers can request that their components include some manufacturing such as wall logs with notes.
